Collaboration & process
How does a project with you start?
It starts with a free first conversation: you tell us what it's about, and we give an honest assessment within two business days of your inquiry. A concrete offer follows, with scope, a budget frame, and next steps.
Do you work on-site or remotely?
Both. We're happy to run analysis meetings and workshops on-site with you, while the implementation runs mostly remotely. We're based in Frankfurt am Main and work with clients across Germany.
What company size are you the right partner for?
Small and mid-sized companies. That's where we know the processes, the budgets, and the reality of having no IT department of your own — enterprise projects with a hundred stakeholders aren't our field.
How quickly do we get a response to an inquiry?
Within two business days — with an honest assessment of whether and how we can help. If we're not the right partner, we'll say so too.
Technology & operations
Do we have to replace our existing software?
Usually not. We connect existing systems through interfaces and only replace what demonstrably slows you down. What stays and what goes, we clarify in the analysis — before any costs arise.
What technologies do you work with?
A proven, lean stack: TypeScript and React/Next.js for web apps, Docker and Google Cloud for operation and scaling, APIs for integrations. What matters most, though, is your use case — the technology follows.
What happens after go-live?
We stay on it if you want: monitoring, updates, and further development as a managed service with dedicated contacts. Alternatively, we hand over to your team with documentation — the source code and docs are yours.
How do you handle data protection and GDPR?
Data protection is part of the design, not cosmetic afterthought: EU data centers, data processing agreements, documented access rights. For AI use cases there's also no use of your data for training, and a human review step.
Costs & contracts
What does a project with you cost?
It depends on the scope — so after the first conversation we give you a concrete range instead of an off-the-shelf flat rate. The first assessment is free and without obligation.
Are there long contract terms?
No. Projects end with the handover; ongoing operation is planned monthly and fairly cancellable. We keep clients through results, not contracts.
Do we own the source code and results?
Yes. Source code, documentation, and configuration belong entirely to you — there's no technical dependency on us. Any team can keep working with it, even without us.
